R5.25, one-strand Rounds continous casting machine-CCM
We can design, manufacture the up-to-date billet continuous casting machine in accordance with the user's steelmaking capacity, billet size, steel grades and the user's field conditions. This CCM can product rounds in size of Φ 100-320mm. The detailed design mainly includes:

Automatic hydraulic control, automatic secondary cooling water distribution, compressed air-water cooling system, EMS can be selected according to different steel grades.
We have strong processing capability, 95% above equipment made by ourselves. In this case, we can completely control processing quality.
We will complete erection and commissioning of our CCM and train and instruct the technicians and operators from the Buyer during erection and commissioning.
